Four movements. One obsession. This is not a company profile — it is the film of how a single choreographer's discipline became an international creative house.
"We do not decorate music. We give it a body."
Rhea Flame · FounderIn 2021, Rhea Flame rented a Berlin studio with mirrors that leaned slightly wrong and a floor that remembered every rehearsal. There were four dancers, one speaker, and a rule that has never changed: nothing leaves this room until it means something.
The first three commissions arrived within a season. None of them were pitched — they were seen. Word travels quickly when movement stops looking decorative and starts looking authored.
Before there was a crew, there was a count that refused to be wrong.
Every commission begins with listening — a full record, on repeat, in the dark. Only then does a treatment get written, by Rhea, by hand. Choreography built this way belongs to one artist and one moment. It cannot be recycled and it is never generic.
Dancers are treated as artists, not extras. Clients are met with honesty. Deadlines are held as sacred as the art itself.
A song deserves more than steps. It deserves a body of its own.
Berlin and the United Kingdom today. The United States, Canada and Australia next — with one shared standard of authorship wherever the floor happens to be.
Not a franchise. A family of studios that all speak the same cinematic language: weighted stillness, precise framing, and every count carrying intention.
Same authorship. Wider stage.
Rhea Crew is founded in Berlin. Four dancers, one mirror wall, three commissions.
Label work begins. The first European tour is choreographed; the roster reaches twenty.
A second creative base opens, unlocking London shoots and a wider casting family.
Beyond choreography — full movement direction beside directors and DOPs on campaign films.
Over eighty dancers, two studios, and work spanning music, film, stage and brand.
United States, Canada and Australia — same authorship, wider stage.
Her direction is unmistakable: cinematic framing, weighted stillness, and an insistence that every count means something. She still writes the first treatment for every commission herself.

A growing board of letters, messages and voice notes from the artists, labels and directors we've moved with.
Wow. I love it — I love the poster too. Should we just do this clip, or the full song?
I really wish I was rich so I could pay you a whole lot. You guys are really good.
Oh my god, really — you're done? That was fast. Damn, that's great. Can I get the preview? I'll show my mum, it's amazing, I love it already.
Thank you once again for your creativity, professionalism and dedication. I'm looking forward to seeing your interpretation of Miles After Midnight, and excited to continue building these projects together.
Looks nice — you know your audience best, so I trust you when you say they will love it!
Rhea gave our record a body. Every second on screen was authored — you can't fake that kind of vision. The whole team moved like one dancer.
Working with Rhea Crew felt like directing with a co-author. The choreography carried the entire film and made my edit effortless.
They understand what a label needs. Precise, cinematic, on time. We came back three times in a single year.
I cried at the first rehearsal playback. She heard things in my song that I had not even said out loud yet.
Eighty dancers, one shoot day, zero chaos. Rhea runs a floor like a conductor runs an orchestra.
Six cities, the same electric opening every night. The crew never dropped a single count.
