Your payment covers the choreography, dance performance, creative direction, video production, editing and electronic delivery described in the package you chose. Any additional digital deliverables are quoted to you in writing first.
We confirm your digital project in writing within 48 hours of payment, agree the production schedule with you, and begin creative work from the confirmed start date.
You receive a concise digital project outline covering your music, references, creative direction, production schedule and electronic delivery date. One person from the crew stays in contact with you until delivery.
You see a preview before anything is finished. Each package includes the rounds of notes listed on it. Further changes are welcome and quoted simply, based on the work involved.
Your completed video files are delivered electronically in the agreed formats once the preview and included revisions are complete.
You can cancel within thirty days of payment for a full refund, provided production has not begun. Once production is complete, the digital work is delivered rather than refunded. Refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle.
You may use the delivered video for the release, campaign or digital project agreed in your order. We ask for a movement credit to Rhea Crew, and agree with you when the work can appear in our portfolio.
Custom offers are reviewed individually, so the terms, timing and delivery are agreed with you in writing before any payment is taken.
All fees are quoted in US dollars and exclude applicable tax, which is calculated at checkout. Each package is a digital creative service whose completed video is delivered electronically. Any extra digital deliverables are quoted and shown to you before you confirm.
