If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Rhea crew you can request a full refund within thirty days of your order date. We would rather return your money than keep a client who is unhappy with the work.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for all our orders. Visit paddle.net with your order details, or write to us at hello@rheacrew.dev and we will help you through it. Paddle also handles billing questions, invoices and cancellations. You may cancel for a full refund within thirty days of payment when digital production has not begun. Once production is complete, the finished video is delivered electronically rather than refunded. Any different custom project terms are confirmed with you in writing before payment.
